Best Buy Blogue (Online) tech journalist Gadjo Sevilla featured a review of the LG G7 ThinQ as a participant of LG-One’s loaner program. He explains some of the new features of the 2018 flagship device, highlighting the Super Bright Display, and also goes into great detail on how LG listened to consumer feedback in order to create a device that would appeal to the masses.
He states, “LG listened to customers and made some general changes. For example, LG's G7 ThinQ no longer uses the rear fingerprint sensor as an on / off button. This gave the old phones a streamlined appearance and feel, but some found it unintuitive. LG has added a standalone wakeup button to the right of the phone, and the fingerprint sensor remains in the back, but is not clickable.”
